Subject	key doesnt turn car off

Message	hello, this is my first post here. I have just rebuilt my engine and finally got to start it the other day. Im really happy it starts but i went to turn it off and it kept running. i stalled it to turn it off. any ideas? when turning the key on i can hear a relay clicking from the dash. i dont know it that has anything to do with it or not. I read on a 240 forum that if the maf wire shorts or grounds out it may cause this problem. any help fixing it would be awesome
